General Policy
- We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery.
- Customers have an additional 7 days to ensure the returned product(s) reach us.
Return and Exchange Guidelines

Pickup Process:
- Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to complete the pickup, you must ship the item to our company address at your own cost.
- Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area.
Note: Please record a video while sending the product to avoid future discrepancies.

Condition of Returned Products:
- Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with intact tags and labels.
- Products returned in poor condition, missing tags, or visibly worn will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Charges:
- A shipping charge of ₹150 will apply for all reverse pickup requests.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Products:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for certain product categories, such as custom orders.
- Italian Vega reserves the right to update these categories at its discretion without prior notice.

Exchanged Orders:
- Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange or refund requests will be entertained for that order.

Cancellations:
- Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Refund Policy

Refund Options:
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or a coupon code equivalent to the order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- Refunds to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer) are only applicable for damaged products and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

Reporting Issues:
- Record an unboxing video upon receiving your order to document the condition of the product. The video must clearly show the brand tags and shipping label.
- If an unboxing video was not captured, provide clear images of the product with the brand tags and shipping label visible.

Submission Timeline:
- Videos or images must be submitted within 24-48 hours of delivery. Refund requests will not be entertained after this period.
- In exceptional cases, store credit or an exchange may be provided, subject to verification by our returns team.
