Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

General Policy

We offer a 10-day hassle-free return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery.
Customers have an additional 7 days to ensure the returned product(s) reach us.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

Pickup Process:

Reverse pickup will be attempted by us. If the courier company is unable to complete the pickup, you must ship the item to our company address at your own cost.
Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area.

Note: Please record a video while sending the product to avoid future discrepancies.
Condition of Returned Products:

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with intact tags, seal and labels.
Products returned in poor condition, missing tags, or visibly worn will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Pickup Charges:

A Return Pickup charge of ₹200 will apply for all reverse pickup requests including item returns and item exchanges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Products:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for certain product categories, such as suits and custom orders.
Italian Vega reserves the right to update these categories at its discretion without prior notice.
Exchanged Orders:

Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange or refund requests will be entertained for that order.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for reasons such as size, color, or preference change, a return pickup fee of ₹200 will be applicable. However, if the exchange is required due to an error from our side — including wrong item, damaged product, or defective piece — the pickup and exchange will be arranged free of cost, and the customer will not be required to pay any charges.
Cancellations:

Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund Policy

Refund Options:

Refunds will be issued as store credit or a coupon code equivalent to the order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Refunds to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer) are only applicable for damaged products and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Products

Reporting Issues:

Record an unboxing video upon receiving your order to document the condition of the product. The video must clearly show the brand tags and shipping label.
Submission Timeline:

Videos must be submitted within 24-48 hours of delivery. Refund requests will not be entertained after this period.
In exceptional cases, store credit or an exchange may be provided, subject to verification by our returns team.

Please allow a maximum of 1-2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Indian orders are shipped by Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex Or Xpressbees and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times Inside India: 3 - 7 Business days
Average transit times to International: 8 - 15 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@italianvega.in all you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" with your order id.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@ItalianVega.in If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
